Published to mark the 20th anniversary of Tête de Moine being awarded the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée then protected status, this elegantly designed reference work paints a portrait of this characterful cheese. In words and images it recounts the amazing story of this successful cheese. It is a journey to the Tête de Moine region, illustrated with a gallery of exceptional portraits and landscapes by the talented photographer Pierre Montavon.
